The Barena is that place of transition, which embraces the city of Venice, not yet sea nor dry land. An enchanted and wild oasis, indomitable and unchanged over the centuries. Mystical, deserted place, now submerged, now silent, of water and bushes in which naturally the essential of oneself is found.
